Deputy General Manager Continuous Airworthiness (CAMG)
Location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea

Our clients are an Airline of Choice, and they are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager CAMG to join our team. Operating the largest ATR 72-600 fleet in the region, complemented by Dash-8 aircraft, we are committed to delivering safe, reliable, and world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee aircraft maintenance control, ensuring compliance with CASA-approved programs and airworthiness standards.

• Manage maintenance forecasting, planning, and scheduling for maximum fleet availability.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, liaising with CASA on airworthiness matters, and maintaining aircraft records.

• Lead airworthiness reporting, MEL oversight, and defect rectification processes.

• Provide expert advice to senior management on technical and compliance issues.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of senior CAMO experience.

• Licensed Engineer (preferably on ATR series).

• Formal qualifications in Aircraft Engineering with airline operational knowledge.

• Strong auditing, regulatory, and compliance background.

• Excellent command of English with proven leadership skills.

• Knowledge of leasing agreements and financial reporting is an advantage.
